My plan is to write three new chapters for each trait. We will then make it part of the online version, allowing teachers to select the chapters they want the students to read. Perhaps students could even make their own individual choices. With more role models, the book will be more diverse and contemporary.  We also hear from individuals around the globe.  I heard from the government of Dubai last week, 2 schools in China, several schools in Australia and a South African school.  Do you think these students want to read about Americans weeks after week? So, think globally, think diversity.

I have been doing a ton of research, but you’ll have viewpoints that can make this a more-rounded book. Remember, this book is written for the next generation, not for adults. You don’t have to have a person for every slot. I am really looking for good suggestions, particularly from those who have read the book.
